Mark & Julie Halbert
Mark started with Torch Missions as a participant in 2003. Soon thereafter, Mark and his wife, Julie, began leading a group based out of North Mississippi since 2006. Mark is an attorney and a board member of IRC, but his passion is introducing young people to international missions and community development projects in Honduras.
